Britney : The Singles Collection

Britney’s 2nd Greatest Hits album will be released by the end of the year. And we’ve found out some more stuff for you all.

* The working title of the album is “The Singles Collection“. We’re led to believe that this may not be the final title.

* Sony Music have now officially added the release to SKU systems in Australia with a RRP of $29.95

* The 2 CD set will contain hits from her 10 year career, though many of the tracks will be from her most recent albums "Blackout" and "Circus". A DVD will also be released.

* “The Singles Collection” will contain more of Blackout and Circus tracks, than any of her previous albums. We’re assuming that the first disc will be focused solely on anything released before Blackout.

* There WILL be new tracks on the album. We’re not hearing the 6 new tracks as we previously heard, however we are being told that a single will be released from it.

*"The Singles Collection" will be released in two different versions, the first being a standard edition, and the second a "multi CD box set". The tentative release date for Australia is October 23rd so it can coincide with the Australian leg of the singers sold out Circus tour.
